I am passionate about guiding people through challenging times and helping them understand themselves and how to navigate the world around them better. We will work together to explore your story and discover what you really want out of your relationships and life.
I can assist by providing a safe space, where you feel heard and understood, where you are met with compassion and acceptance and are able to make sense of your emotions so that life can begin to feel easier.
As the work together progresses, we undertake regular reviews to ensure you’re achieving a positive direction from therapy and to reflect on how you are finding the experience. The aim is to help you become clearer about both the extent and the effect of the problem and to help you recognise possible solutions, ones that will work for you.
My approach is flexible, I am interested in learning about your unique situation and experience, working together at a pace and in a way that is right for you. I enjoy working with people who come to therapy with a wide range of life experiences and situations.
